Boilies

Our entire range is focussed on two key flavours to suit all year round angling; OG Fish and OG Fruit & Nut.

Now I’m sure you’ve guessed it by the names, but what we have here is a classic fishmeal based bait (OG Fish) and a nut/birdseed based bait (OG Fruit & Nut).

Naturally, these have always been the go-to for carp anglers. What we find is that most people switch between the two flavour profiles as the seasons change. That being said, both can be used throughout the depths of winter and catch reports fly in all year round on both baits.

There are a couple of points that separate our boilies from the rest of the market. Firstly, we steam our baits which you can read more about here.

This is scientifically proven to lock in more of the nutritional value that’s lost during the boiling process.

In fact, when you boil baits, you lose around 66% of their nutritional value. In comparison, when you steam them you lose only 11%. That’s a major gain in our eyes.

Secondly, our baits go through a very thorough two-stage dusting process, giving them a crust-like outer coating that’s packed full of attractants. As soon as our baits hit the water they almost create a halo effect around the baits that draws the carp in.

Most carp anglers tend to stick to one particular bait for a prolonged period of time, but what we have found is that both the OG Fish and OG Fruit & Nut work flawlessly together.

Combine the two and give the carp and option on which they prefer. Our Co-Founder Ben is a huge advocate for mixing the two baits as discussed heavily in his recent CineCarp interview.
