Delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £4.50, and free on orders over £70. It usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. Express is £6.25 and usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 7:30am Monday to Friday the same day. Orders placed after 7:30am usually go out the following working day. If you'd like your bait quicker, we recommend upgrading to Express at checkout. Please note our couriers don't collect parcels from us on bank holidays. Freezer bait has its own schedule, below.
How do you send freezer bait?
Freezer orders leave on a next-day service, whichever delivery option you choose, so you don't need to pay for Express.
We only dispatch freezer bait Monday to Thursday, so it isn't left with couriers over the weekend. Freezer orders placed after 7:30am on Thursday, or on Friday or at the weekend, go out on Monday. If your order has freezer and shelf-life items together, we send it all on the freezer schedule.
Which courier do you use? Can I track my parcel?
Standard orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce, depending on how heavy your order is. Express orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Every order is tracked, and we'll email you the tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Do you deliver to the Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland or abroad?
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take 1–2 extra days, and we can't guarantee freezer bait will arrive fresh there, so please get in touch before ordering it.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If it hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email info@parkerbaits.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@parkerbaits.co.uk with your order number as soon as you can. We aim to send orders placed before 7:30am out the same day, so the sooner we hear from you, the better. Once your order has arrived, you can still cancel it under our returns policy (see Returns, below).
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose Pick up at checkout and collect your order from Meadow View Farm, Wintershill, Durley, Southampton SO32 2AH, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. We hold collection orders for 30 days. Coming at the weekend? Call us first on 023 8111 2113.
Full details are on our Delivery page.
Our bait
What's the difference between freezer and shelf-life bait?
It's about how you'd rather store your bait. Freezer bait goes straight in the freezer when it arrives and stays frozen until your session. Shelf-life bait keeps at room temperature, sealed, until you open it, so it can live in the van or the garage until you need it.
What sizes do your boilies come in?
Our OG Fish and OG Fruit & Nut boilies come in 10mm, 14mm, 18mm and 20mm, in freezer or shelf life, in 1kg and 5kg bags.
How are your boilies made?
They're gently steamed rather than boiled, then finished with our Magic Dust coating, which keeps leaking off the bait in the water. You can buy Magic Dust on its own too.
Which hook baits go with my boilies?
Our Match The Hatch pop-ups and wafters are made in the same OG Fish and OG Fruit & Nut flavours, so your hook bait blends in with your feed. On pressured waters, a Fluoro pop-up that stands out over the bed can work better. See all our hook baits.
Do ParkerParticles need preparing?
No. They arrive prepared and ready to use: no soaking, no boiling, no waiting. The 500g and 3kg sizes are shelf life and come in our own liquid, which keeps them in good condition until you open them. The 1kg and 5kg sizes are freezer bait.
Which pellet should I use?
OG Fish and OG Fruit & Nut pellets are a mix of 4mm, 6mm and 8mm, so they break down at different rates, and they match their boilies, so you can carry one flavour through your whole feed. Mini Mix is a finer 1.5–2mm blend of flavours and our go-to for solid PVA bags. For winter, pick OG Fruit & Nut: it's low in oil, and low-oil baits work better in cold water. They come in 1kg, 3kg (with a free bucket) and 5kg.
Are your liquids PVA friendly?
Yes, all of them. Bait Sprays, Flat Spots and Liquid Foods can go straight into a PVA bag or stick without melting it.
Can I use your bait on my venue?
Most venues allow prepared particles and ban unprepared ones, but rules vary, and some waters restrict certain baits or quantities. Check the rule sheet before you go.
Bundles
How do bundle deals work?
Pick a bundle on our Build a Bundle page, then choose your flavours in the builder. Everything you choose goes into your barrow at the bundle price, and each bundle shows what it would cost bought separately, so you can see the saving.
What's in a boilie bundle?
Our boilie bundles add a hook bait and a liquid to your boilies, for less than buying them separately. They run from the Day Session bundle up to 50kg.
Can I mix and match?
Yes. Our Mix & Match deals let you pick your own combination of hook baits and liquids, or of ParkerParticles. Build Your Own Bundle lets you put together boilies, pellets, hook baits and liquids your way.
ParkerPoints and catch reports
What are ParkerPoints?
ParkerPoints is our loyalty scheme. You earn points on every order and for every catch report we approve, and spend them on bait. Find out more on our Rewards page.
How do I send in a catch report?
Fill in the form on our Catch Reports page with your photos, the fish's weight, the venue and the bait you used. Once we've approved it, your catch goes up on our website and you earn ParkerPoints.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, then a further 14 days to send the items back. Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging. Once we receive them, we'll refund you within 14 days, including the standard delivery charge you originally paid. We don't refund the extra cost if you chose Express.
Is there anything you can't take back?
Unless it's faulty, we can't take back freezer bait or any other perishable product, because it can spoil quickly. We also can't take back bait, liquids or additives that have been opened or unsealed, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
Who pays for return postage?
If you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the items back. Please use a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post. If an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, we'll cover the cost of the return.
My order arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. What should I do?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Freezer bait that arrives defrosted or damaged must be reported within 24 hours. Send us a photo and we'll replace the item or refund it in full.
How do I start a return?
Email info@parkerbaits.co.uk with your order number, the items you're returning and the reason. We'll reply with the returns address and next steps. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full details are on our Returns page.
